A seasoned commercial entrepreneur, developer, and portfolio investor, Jim has built and operated complex business platforms generating in excess of $100 million in revenue. His leadership spans organizations of more than 100 employees, where he has consistently fostered performance-driven environments rooted in accountability, execution, and strategic growth.

Beyond title and escrow, Jim operates with a family office mindset. Actively structuring and deploying private capital into high-value real estate opportunities. He works closely with developers, sponsors, and capital partners to provide private financing for large-scale projects, while also maintaining direct involvement in both residential and commercial developments. His approach emphasizes disciplined underwriting, strategic partnerships, and long-term value creation across the capital stack.

In collaboration with his partners, Jim has helped position The Closing City as more than a transactional service provider. The firm operates as a trusted strategic partner in complex, high-value transactions, offering clients a distinct advantage through insight, access, and seamless execution.

Originally raised in Chicago, Illinois, Jim studied Business Administration at the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee. Outside of his professional endeavors, he enjoys networking within meaningful circles, attending premier sporting events, and supporting his hometown teams—the Chicago Bulls, Cubs, and Bears. He is also actively involved with organizations throughout Central Florida that promote responsible growth and thoughtful development within the community. Above all, Jim takes great pride in being a father, valuing the time he spends with his son, Taj, and the opportunity to guide, support, and build a meaningful legacy alongside him.
